Field Trips

We know that the engagement of our students is the most beneficial method to ensure students get the most out of instruction.  Sometimes, the best lessons can be taught through outside sources and in fact, through field trips.  FAES has provided great adventures to places like the Johnstown Flood Museum, the Inclined Plane, the Children's Discovery Center, the Mountain Playhouse, Disaster's Edge, the Somerset Historical Center, the circus, Fort Ligonier, the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center and  to Pittsburgh for the Carnegie Science Museum and Heinz Field.

But, the cost for these memorable trips can be expensive.  With cuts in funding, we rely on our community and families to help us in providing such opportunities to our students.  Through fundraising projects and donations from our families, we are able to make these adventures a reality. Please consider contributing to our field trip fund in any way possible.

We appreciate your kindness and our students THANK YOU!
